Electronic Platform for Learning

At InnovOak School, we use an online platform for all of our courses. Teachers will use MyInnovOak for our in-person courses as a place to submit work, give feedback, post assignments, and supplement in class learning.

This includes parts of our face-face courses, blended learning and fully online learning. We use MyInnovOak LMS which is tied to our SIS, Reporting, ONSIS, and Gradebook program. Since MyInnovOak is web browser based, any internet compatible device is sufficient to interact with our online learning platform.

For blended learning we also use MyInnovOak for keeping connected online. Teachers will use Zoom to deliver most lessons in real time and following an alternate bell schedule. Students may have dates and times where they are meeting with the teacher on Teams to conference, submit work, or work collaboratively with peers. These expectations will be shared at the beginning of the course.
