Extended Day Program

Extended Day Program is provided to bridge care between the school day and parent work schedules. The primary goal is to ensure adequate and safe supervision that is not focused on extending our academic program.

• The Drop off Package is focused on a quiet and calm start of the school day.

• The Pickup Package is tailored to the completion of homework in upper grades and then more social activities to provide after school down time until parents are free to pick up their child. 

If the Extended Day Program is of interest to you, please reach out to your admissions officer or the school office for more information. 

When signing up for the program, please indicate the package chosen along with the dates requested. We do offer any combination of the two packages as long as they are scheduled in advance.

Spots are reserved for the month. Please sign up at least one week before the first day of the month. If we can accommodate any other arrangements, a $10 late change fee may apply to each package.

Since we will not leave a child unattended, additional fees for pickup times outside of the scheduled time period may apply. For more details, please check out the table below.

Once we confirm the enrollment for the month, applicable fee will be added to the student account, you may submit the payment the same way as for tuition. Refer to Payment Plan for details.
