Student LMS Platform
MyInnovOak is our LMS platform and will be used to deliver course content in either a synchronous or asynchronous format depending on the course. Students will use this platform to connect to class, access course materials, submit work and communicate with teachers.
The LMS is tied to our SIS, Reporting, ONSIS, and Gradebook program. Since MyInnovOak is web browser based, any internet compatible device is sufficient to interact with our online learning platform.
We highly suggest that students have a portable laptop or Chromebook device to complete schoolwork as phones and tablets are not streamlined for this type of work. We use Microsoft Teams along with Zoom links (when needed) to conference and collaborate. Student laptops should have a camera and microphone that allows for video conferencing – similarly to what has become the norm for online learning post pandemic.
