Password Reset

Forgot the password for BlackBaud ID? This article walks you through the steps to reset your password and get back into your account.

Email and password Sign-in

  1. Navigate to myInnovOak login screen

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Select Forgot password

  4. Select Send.

  5. Check your inbox for a reset password email, and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the reset password email, check your Junk folder.

Apple or Google Sign-in

Your password cannot be changed with BlackBaud, please change your password through Apple or Google.

InnovOak Identity

Please change your password using InnovOak Self-Serve Password Reset, if you have not registered for SSPR, please contact InnovOak Technology Services
